As the approved UK Service Centre for DTM Print, the European partner for Primera Technologies, we now offer a very special hot swap warranty for new Primera and DTM Print printers and applicators.
When ordering your new label printer, label applicator or Eddie food printer you can now have the peace of mind that three years replacement cover brings. In the unlikely event that our technical support team cannot give a solution by phone or email then we will send a replacement machine to you within two working days.
Simply order your printer or applicator from Bannerbridge and ask us to add on the SwapOut warranty then sit back and relax.
All Primera inkjet label printers are covered, along with the Eddie food printer, DTM Print CX86e LED dry toner printer and AP-series label applicators.
