Maintenance Contracts
We can offer on-site maintenance for all types of printers. Printer maintenance contracts can be arranged on an annual basis or set up on a pay as you go basis. The level of service relating to hours of cover, response time and time to resolution can be arranged to meet your requirements.
Ad-Hoc Repairs
In situations where you have a printer that is not covered by an annual maintenance contract, we can provide an ad-hoc break fix service.
Spare Parts
If you have your own on site I.T. maintenance personnel, Bannerbridge can provide new and 2nd user spare parts for all printer types covering most major manufacturers.
